In addition to traditional survey and mapping, KS Engineers, PC (KSE) offers Geographic Information System (GIS) services.  GIS represents computerized mapping which is integrated with database management. GIS allows the user to view information in a graphical format and add and remove layers to produce maps to the precise details desired.  But GIS is much more.  GIS gives the user useful, sometimes critical, information about the geographic area of interest, shows where things are in relation to known references and lets the user visually comprehend trends and patterns that are usually not identifiable when the data is presented in tables or spreadsheet format.
