KS Engineers, P.C. (KSE) was tasked with providing the demolition design and all necessary environmental investigation and abatement services for 16 buildings at the Peninsula at Bayonne Harbor. The general scope of work included structural investigation and demolition design, the preparation of detailed demolition plans and specifications, the development of abatement requirements and specifications for any hazardous materials that may be found on site, as well as providing the abatement monitoring and construction management services during the demolition of the buildings.
