KSE anticipates the installation of a catch basin(s) within the pavement area of the parking lot behind the building and some form of underground storage to meter the off-site discharge to be at predevelopment levels. The underground storage tank would be connected to the municipal storm water collection system.
KSE recommended pitching the roof towards the rear of the building so that the roof drains would be routed to a catch basin.
The above required preparation of:
A site grading and drainage plan
A drainage detail drawing
Maintenance and Protection of Traffic drawing for the roadway work necessary to connect to the municipal storm water connection system.
