As a prime consultant, KS Engineers, P.C. (KSE) is responsible for providing the site civil engineering services that are required to upgrade the site lighting of parking lots at Kean University.  Project includes replacement of existing tapered aluminum light poles, installation of additional lighting standards where required to achieve optimum site lighting conditions, and the installation of new underground conduits and cables.
