The Newark Schools Stadium, located on Bloomfield Avenue, Newark, is a reinforced concrete horseshoe-shaped stadium structure that contains a large amount of deterioration and compromised structural integrity. 

The rehabilitation project will include Programming, Planning, preparation of Design and Construction Contract Documents, and Construction Administration Services for the Renovation/Rehabilitation and/or reconstruction of the stadium.  The scope of work includes three distinct phases – Project Feasibility and Site Evaluation phase, Design Document Phase and Construction Contract Administration phase.
