KS Engineers, P.C. (KSE) provided an Assistant Team Leader for emergency fracture critical inspection at the Betsy Ross Bridge. KSE was responsible for the inspection and report preparation of two (2) 50-member truss lines. The focus of the inspection was on cracks and loss of section due to rusting. KSE was responsible for the inspection of all truss members above the bridge deck. The inspection work utilized left and right lane closures across the bridge and a 65-foot manlift for access.
