He is a licensed Professional Engineer in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, and a licensed Professional Planner in New Jersey.

His experience encompasses all phases of project delivery, including strategic planning, design oversight, stakeholder coordination, and construction management, with a strong emphasis on schedule adherence, cost control, and quality assurance.
