Ms. Eileen R. Della Volle serves as Vice President of Business Development at KSE and brings over 30 years of extensive experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (A/E/C) industry. She is responsible for leading strategic business development initiatives, expanding market presence, and cultivating high-value relationships across public and private sectors throughout New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.
Ms. Della Volle maintains a robust, multi-tiered network of industry stakeholders, including senior executives, public agency officials, elected representatives, diversity and inclusion advocates, and professional organizations. She leverages this network to identify opportunities, support procurement strategies, and facilitate successful project pursuits, particularly within complex, publicly funded infrastructure programs. She is also actively engaged in advancing policy discussions and educating stakeholders on equitable participation and diversity initiatives in public-sector project delivery.
Her leadership extends to active participation on several prominent industry boards and organizations, including the Southern New Jersey Development Council (SNJDC), Women in Transportation Seminars (WTS), and the Women Builders Council (WBC). Through these roles, she contributes to industry advocacy, workforce development, and the promotion of inclusive business practices.
In May 2020, Ms. Della Volle was appointed by Governor Phil Murphy to the New Jersey Restart and Recovery Advisory Council, where she served on the Facilities and Construction Subcommittee, providing strategic guidance on economic recovery and infrastructure investment during a critical period. In 2024, Ms. Della Volle was appointed by Governor Mikie Sherrill to serve on the Transportation and Infrastructure Innovation Committee to provide recommendations on improving mobility, resilience, and infrastructure investment across New Jersey.
Ms. Della Volle has received numerous industry recognitions for her leadership and impact, including being named one of the Top 50 Women in Business by NJBIZ Magazine and a recipient of its 40 Under 40 award. Additional honors include recognition as an Outstanding Woman by the Women Builders Council, the Marketing Achievement Award from the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) New York Chapter, the Donna Keller / Cracked Bell Award from the SMPS Philadelphia Chapter, and an Award of Excellence from Odyssey International for her commitment to expanding contracting opportunities for women- and minority-owned businesses.
