In his role as Manager of Special Inspections at KSE, Mr. Kwasniewski directs and oversees all special inspection and materials testing operations. He supervises a multidisciplinary team of certified inspectors and laboratory technicians, ensuring compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. He maintains comprehensive expertise in New York City Department of Buildings (NYCDOB) Special Inspection requirements and protocols.
Mr. Kwasniewski has managed and executed inspection services for a broad portfolio of high-profile clients, including the New York City Department of Environmental Protection (NYCDEP), New York State Office of General Services (NYSOGS), the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey (World Trade Center projects), the New York City Housing Authority (multiple developments), and the New York City Economic Development Corporation (East Manhattan Greenway), in addition to numerous private-sector clients.
Beyond field and project management responsibilities, Mr. Kwasniewski has conducted Quality Assurance (QA) vendor audits on behalf of NYCDEP across multiple accredited laboratories. He is also responsible for internal technical training at KSE, instructing personnel in ASTM standards, ACI codes, and applicable New York State and New York City codes, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
