KS Engineers, P.C. (KSE) is providing construction monitoring Services for the work to be performed under Contract WW-30-2018. The work completed under Contract No. WW-30-2018 included the installation of new elevator/manlift with its new electrical system, new lighting system, connection to existing fiber optic Andover System and coordination with stakeholders to notification locations, new steel stair tower with its security fence, new standpipe system, rehabilitation of drainage pipe system, modification of catwalk railings, concrete crack and spall repairs on anchorage walls and application of waterproofing coating on sidewalks on both New Jersey and Pennsylvania Anchorage of the Walt Whitman Bridge. Work also included, but is not limited to the following, removal of existing caged ladders, removal of existing elevators and its associated electrical systems, removal of existing lighting systems, removal of existing standpipe system, partial removal of existing drainage pipe and its fittings, cutting of existing concrete for spall repairs. KSE oversaw all complex Maintenance and Protection of Traffic (MPT). KSE ensured that all administrative duties were being performed (project schedule, inspector work schedule, reporting, EEOC participation, contractor compliance, and certified payroll, approved monthly contract pay estimates, KSE provided Monthly Consultant and sub-consultant invoices. KSE hosted progress & Safety meetings. KSE collected all documents for project close-out to be turned over to DRPA.
