Ms. Drastee Patel serves as Director of Human Resources at KSE and brings over 15 years of progressive experience managing and optimizing full-spectrum human resources functions across multiple industries. She plays a critical role in aligning HR operations with the firm’s strategic growth objectives as KSE continues to expand and evolve.
Ms. Patel is responsible for the oversight and administration of all core HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, training and professional development, and organizational compliance. She has extensive experience implementing and managing Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), leveraging these platforms to enhance workforce analytics, streamline recruitment processes, and improve overall operational efficiency.
Her expertise includes the development and enforcement of HR policies, procedures, and best practices in accordance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations. She is well-versed in compliance frameworks, risk mitigation strategies, and audit preparedness, ensuring organizational adherence to evolving regulatory requirements.
In addition to her operational leadership, Ms. Patel contributes to strategic initiatives, including workforce planning, organizational development, and the advancement of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) programs. She develops and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) and HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making and collaborates with leadership to foster a safe, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
