Mr. Rohit Manik serves as Information Technology (IT) Manager for KS Engineers, where he is responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, security, and management of the firm’s enterprise-wide technology infrastructure. With more than 30 years of progressive experience in information technology, network engineering, and systems administration, he provides the technical leadership necessary to support the firm’s operations across multiple offices while ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of critical business systems.
Mr. Manik has extensive expertise in the design, implementation, optimization, and maintenance of complex network environments, including enterprise routing and switching, Windows Server environments, virtualization, cloud-enabled infrastructure, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, data backup, and Voice over IP (VoIP) communications. Throughout his career, he has successfully planned and executed large-scale technology upgrades, server migrations, network modernization initiatives, and systems integrations that have improved organizational efficiency, enhanced security, and increased system performance.
Since joining KS Engineers, Mr. Manik has led numerous transformative technology initiatives, including the migration of corporate servers to modern Windows Server environments, implementation of Hyper-V clustered virtualization, deployment of enterprise firewall and VPN solutions, management of multi-office wide area networks (WANs), integration of Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory services, implementation of centralized backup and disaster recovery systems, and deployment of secure print management and document archiving solutions. His leadership ensures uninterrupted connectivity and secure collaboration for employees across the firm’s offices while supporting the technology needs of engineering, construction management, and corporate operations.
Prior to joining KS Engineers, Mr. Manik held increasingly responsible positions with Sonova Networks, Computer Science Corporation, ITFEX Services, AT&T, and several other technology organizations, where he specialized in enterprise networking, Cisco routing and switching, Microsoft technologies, firewall administration, database clustering, and network operations. Through these assignments, he developed extensive experience designing and supporting mission-critical IT infrastructure for corporate, telecommunications, and consulting environments.
Mr. Manik holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics from M.S. Ramaiah Institute of Technology and maintains several industry-recognized certifications, including Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), and Clarent VoIP Certification. He combines deep technical expertise with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach that enables KS Engineers to maintain a secure, resilient, and high-performing technology environment in support of the firm’s continued growth.
