KS Engineers, P.C. President and CEO Kamal Shahid, P.E. joined members of the KSE team and fellow AEC industry professionals to celebrate some of the most impactful engineering projects completed across the Greater New Jersey metropolitan region during the past year at The American Council of Engineering Companies of New Jersey – ACECNJ 55th Annual Engineering Excellence Awards Banquet, held at Forsgate Country Club in Monroe Township, New Jersey. 

 The KSE team was recognized with an Honor Award for Excellence in Engineering in the Large Project category for the Roseville Tunnel Rehabilitation project. The work was completed for NJ TRANSIT, with Schiavone Construction Co. LLC Construction Co. serving as the contractor. 

 The firm was also recognized with an Honor Award for Excellence in Engineering in the Medium Project category for the Webster Avenue Bridge Replacement project. The client for this effort was the Metropolitan Transportation Authority Construction & Development Company, with a joint venture between Railroad Construction Company, Inc. and GCCOM CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. serving as the contractors.
