KS Engineers, P.C. (KSE) was responsible for providing construction management, engineering, and inspection services for a Developer Agreement between Meadowlands Management LLC and the New Jersey Department of Transportation for Route 120 & Route 3 Improvements and NJ Sports Complex Access Roads in East Rutherford, New Jersey as part of the Meadowlands Xanadu Project.
The project involved the demolition of existing structures, foundations, or roadways; construction of new foundations, including installation of piles, new abutments, and MSE walls; installation of new steel bridge beams; installation of reinforcing bars, concrete bridge deck, parapets, and sidewalks; milling of roadways; hot mix asphalt and concrete paving; removal and construction of curbs and sidewalks; resetting of manhole and inlet frames; protection of all existing utilities and relocations, both temporary and permanent; striping of the roadway; maintenance and protection of traffic; project safety monitoring; review of the project schedule; and ensuring that all work is being performed to meet the schedule.
